This hotel is located in the heart of everything, making it perfect for sight-seeing and shopping. The rooms are stylishly decorated with modern bathrooms and good equipment. The included breakfast is a great way to start the day.
No real problems. The air did not work, but a fan was quickly replaced the next day.

The location is absolutely fantastic, second to none! Right behind the Duomo, yet quiet enough not to be disturbed. Alessandro and Andreas are lovely, most friendly and helpful. It made our stay in Florence memorable and truly enjoyable, we will definitely recommend this place to stay!!

Great breakfast selection and friendly staff. Location convenient for major sightseeing spots and public transportation.
Rooms are small and outdated, with poor sound insulation. Street noise and church bells are disturbing.

Nice place, very cozy. The owner, is very prestative and simpatic. Give all the suport needed. As its usual in Florence, address is difficult to find, because the streets have two (maybe 3) number orders, so it was not easy to reach, but a phone call solved the problem very easy

The position was perfect, room spacious and the balcony was to die for!!! Alessandro was a mine of local information and well worth listening to!! You'll know what I mean when you get there!!
The breakfast is too simple, even by Italian standards, but the Cappucino is probably the best we have had! Still set us up for the day!!

Alessandro who owns and runs the hotel, is a great host and has been most accommodating. My flight was delayed by 4.5 hrs and he waited for me to turn but eventually ensured that keys were left for me as I was so late. He has great knowledge of the city and has done really well in converting a floor of a lovely old city building into 6 delightful rooms, named individually after local italian artists. Location wise, very central.. 15 mins walk from the train station and literally a stone's throw from the Duomo.

Loved the personal touch, staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are a good mixture of the pratical and modern yet keep the charm of the old. Rooms are light and airy. Its sooo centrally located -right NEXT to the Duomo.
since it is nextto the Duomo, the bells ring very loudly - sound proof windows will really help !
